Premium Range Cabernet. Grown, produced and bottled in the Yarra Valley. At Long Gully Estate, we try to nurture and accentuate the natural fruit characteristics that present themselves as a result of the influence of site, season and grape variety.
Irma's Cabernet is a consistently high performer amongst the stable of Long Gully Estate wines. Sourced from fruit off 25 year old vines, this Cabernet exhibits beautiful varietal characters. The fragrant and aromatic bouquet of the 2007 Irma�s Cabernet shows bright berry and cassis elements. The palate is full and is supported by fine grainy tannins which defines and focuses the fruit. This wine, will reward the patience of further cellaring.
